It is important to us that you are 100% Happy with your gemstones. However, while it rarely if ever happens, we understand that there may be a need to return an item and we are happy to help.
How to return an item to Gemstone Cabochon
1. Making a Returns Request
Before returning any items, please contact Gemstone Cabochon to request a Returns Authorization Number ('RA') using the link to the Product Returns form at the foot of this page.
We will email your RA number within 1 business day of hearing from you.
2. Shipping Your Item Back to Gemstone Cabochon
Please insure that the item Reference number/s is clearly visible.
Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
We must receive items for refund or replacement within 28 days of your receipt and in its original condition.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding P&P) as soon as we receive the item, providing payment was made via Paypal. Refunds outside of Paypal may take a little longer.
Requested Replacements will be despatched on receipt of original item.
